1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for everything done under your account and API key. Keep your key secret; you can rotate it at any time.
2. The service
GHOSTMETAL provides access to large language models over an OpenAI-compatible API and web chat. Models are provided as-is. Output is machine-generated, may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for any particular purpose, and must not be relied upon as professional advice.
3. Credits & payment
Access is prepaid in credits. Credits are purchased with cryptocurrency and are consumed as you use the models at the posted rates. Because payments are on-chain and settle irreversibly, credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and rates may change; changes apply to future purchases.
4. Acceptable use
GHOSTMETAL is uncensored for lawful use. Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with applicable law. We operate a strict, automated hard-line against child sexual abuse material and other clearly illegal content, and we may block requests that trip it.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHOSTMETAL and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, model output. Our total liability is limited to the credits you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
7. Your content & responsibility
You retain rights to the inputs you submit and are solely responsible for how you use the outputs. You represent that you have the right to submit your inputs and that your use does not violate the rights of others or any law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the service or comply with law.
